FAQ's

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing? Why should I use a soft wash over traditional pressure washing?

Your roof and siding are the largest areas of your home and they are also the most delicate areas to clean. They are made to withstand the elements, but with the exception of certain circumstances, power washing is no longer the preferred method to get them clean. While power washing does work, there are risks of removing paint that is less than perfect, blowing out seals on doors and windows and pushing water through door jams and other openings that can cause water damage inside the home. For these types of surfaces, the industry has evolved to soft washing, a delicate process that uses environmentally friendly, biodegradable cleaners that are safe for anything living, including little kids, pets, plants, shrubs trees and grass.

Why should I use a professional to clean my home?

Pressure washing can quickly become a science project without proper experience. The surface, cleaning product, pressure and type of pressure washer you’re using all play a vital role in how clean your surface will get. More importantly, for how long they will stay clean too.

Why should I clean my concrete?

Concrete cleaning is as much protection as it is aesthetic. Pressure washing concrete removes built up dirt and grime. Pressure washing and cleaning concrete can also help prevent a slippery surface. Concrete can become a breeding ground for mildew. This is especially important around swimming pools, fountains, and ponds.

How often should I clean my house or driveway?

Washing services are recommended at least every 2 years to keep built up dirt and grime from burrowing into your property. We use the highest quality home-safe chemicals and a clean house washing that will last.

Why should I seal my concrete?

Concrete and pavement should be a lifetime investment. Having Quick Mist seal your concrete is a great way to insure your investment. Sealing concrete is the only sure fire way to prevent cracking and deterioration.
